ACTIVE TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 PM TODAY TYPHOON NANMADOL LOCATION: 1,445 KM EAST NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (24.3°N, 135.4°E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 175 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 215 KM/H MOVEMENT: NORTHWESTWARD AT 10 KM/H
