SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,015 km East of Central Luzon (16.6°N, 131.1°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon

FORECAST:
Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. The entire Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds from the Southwest to West will prevail over Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro and from South to Southwest will prevail over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.

PAGTAYA:
Ang Palawan kasama ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat at pagkulog dulot Habagat. Ang buong bahagi ng Visayas ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan, pagkulog at kidlat dulot ng Habagat/localized thunderstorms.

Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa Timog-kanluran hanggang sa Kanluran ang iiral sa Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro at mula sa Timog hanggang sa Timog-kanluran ang iiral sa Visayas at ang karagatan ay may banayad hanggang sa katamtaman na mga pag-alon.

PAGBANA-BANA:
Ang Palawan apil ang Kalayaan Islands, ug Occidental Mindoro makasinati ug madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa katag na pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Habagat. Ang katibuk-ang bahin sa Visayas makasinati ug panagsang mapanganuron ngadto na sa madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak na mga pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Habagat/localized thunderstorms.

Hinay ngadto sa kasarangan nga hangin nga gikan sa Habagatang-kasadpan ngadto sa Kasadpan ang mupasulabi sa Palawan lakip ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro ug gikan sa Habagatan ngadto sa Habagatang-kasadpan ang mupasulabi sa Visayas diin ang kadagatan, malinawon ngadto sa kasarangan ang mga pagbalud.
