REGIONAL WEATHER FORECAST

SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:
Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, Occidental Mindoro and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/trough of TY KARDING. The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to SW Monsoon/localized thunderstorms. 

Moderate to Strong winds from the Southwest to Southeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

PAGTAYA:
Ang Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands, Occidental Mindoro at Western Visayas ay makakaranas ng maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat at pagkulog dulot Habagat/trough of TY KARDING. Ang nalalabing bahagi ng Visayas ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-ulan, pagkulo at kidlat dulot ng SW Monsoon/localized thunderstorms.

Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Timog-Kanluran hanggang sa Timog-Silangan ang iiral sa Visayas, Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro at ang karagatan ay may katamtaman hanggang sa ma-alon ang pag-alon.

PAGBANA-BANA:
Ang Palawan lakip na ang Kalayaan Islands, Occidental Mindoro  ug Western Visayas makasinati ug madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa katag na pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Habagat/trough of TY KARDING. Ang nahibiling bahin sa Visayas makasinati ug panagsang mapanganuron ngadto sa madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa mga pat-ak pat-ak na pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa SW Monsoon/localized thunderstorms.

Kasarangan ngadto sa kusog nga hangin nga gikan sa Habagatang-Kasadpan ngadto sa Habagatang-Silangan ang mupasulabi sa Visayas, Palawan lakip ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro diin ang kadagatan, kasarangan ngadto sa baluron ang mga pagbalud.

GRADES 1 – 3 SHOULD FOCUS IN MATH AND READING – SENATOR GATCHALIAN Senator Sherwin Gatchalian INSISTED that the quality of education will be strengthened if the curriculum of Grades 1 to 3 is focused on Reading and Mathematics.
