REGIONAL WEATHER FORECAST

SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon.

FORECAST:
Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. The entire Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/localized thunderstorms.

Moderate winds from the Southwest to West will prevail over Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro and from South to Southwest will prevail over Visayas with moderate seas.

PAGTAYA:
Ang Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands at ang Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat at pagkulog dulot Habagat. Ang buong bahagi ng Visayas ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan, pagkulog at kidlat dulot ng Habagat/localized thunderstorms.

Katamtamang hangin mula sa Timog-kanluran hanggang Kanluran ang iiral sa Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro at mula sa Timog hanggang sa Timog-kanluran ang iiral sa Visayas at ang karagatan ay may katamtaman na mga pag-alon.

PAGBANA-BANA:
Ang Palawan lakip na ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro makasinati ug madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa katag na pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Habagat. Ang tibook bahin sa Visayas makasinati ug panagsang mapanganuron ngadto na sa madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak na mga pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Habagat/localized thunderstorms.

Kasarangan nga hangin nga gikan sa Habagatang-kasadpan ngadto sa Kasadpan ang mupasulabi sa Palawan lakip ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro ug gikan sa Habagatan ngadto sa Habagatang-kasadpan ang mupasulabi sa Visayas diin ang kadagatan kasarangan ang mga pagbalud.
