SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Southern Luzon.

FORECAST:
Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. The entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/localized thunderstorms.

Moderate winds from the South to Southwest will prevail over the Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate seas.

PAGTAYA:
Ang Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands, at ang Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at pagkidlat at pagkulog dulot Habagat. Ang buong bahagi ng Visayas, Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan, pagkulog at kidlat dulot ng Habagat/localized thunderstorms.

Katamtamang hangin mula sa Timog hanggang sa Timog-kanluran ang iiral sa buong Visayas, Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands, at Occidental Mindoro at ang karagatan ay may katamtaman na mga pag-alon.

PAGBANA-BANA:
Ang Palawan lakip na ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro makasinati ug madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa katag na pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Habagat. Ang tibook bahin sa Visayas, Palawan lakip na ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro makasinati ug panagsang mapanganuron ngadto na sa madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak na mga pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa Habagat/localized thunderstorms.

Kasarangan nga hangin nga gikan sa Habagatan ngadto sa Habagatang-kasadpan ang mupasulabi sa tibuok Visayas, Palawan lakip ang Kalayaan Islands, ug Occidental Mindoro diin ang kadagatan kasarangan ang mga pagbalud.
