SYNOPSIS: Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) extending over the eastern section of Southern Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:
The whole Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds from the Southeast to South over the Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.

PAGTAYA:
Ang buong Visayas, Palawan kasama na ang Kalayaan Islands, at ang Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulo-pulong pag-ulan, pagkidlat, at pagkulog dulot ng localized thunderstorms.

Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa Timog-silangan hanggang sa Timog ang iiral sa Visayas, Palawan kasama ang Kalayaan Islands at Occidental Mindoro at ang karagatan ay may banayad hanggang sa katamtaman na mga pag-alon.

PAGBANA-BANA:
Ang tibuok Visayas, Palawan lakip na ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro makasinati ng panagsang mapanganuron ngadto na sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak na pag-ulan ug pagpanugdug-kilat tungod sa localized thunderstorms.

Hinay ngadto sa kasarangan nga hangin nga gikan Habagatang-silangan ngadto sa Habagatan ang mupasulabi sa Visayas, Palawan apil ang Kalayaan Islands ug Occidental Mindoro diin ang kadagatan magmalinawon ngadto na sa kasarangan ang mga pagbalud.
